We are dedicating our February café region to mark this occasion.

The night will include an official opening by the official representative of New Caledonia in Australia,

Yves Lafoy, and a special dinner prepared by Chef Christophe Grégoire from Le Très Bon restaurant,who lived for many years in this beautiful part of the Pacific.
