Come and join us at Alliance Française for a New Caledonian themed evening.
The event will start with an introduction to New Caledonian culture by Yves Lafoy, official representative of New Caledonia to Australia, followed by a themed dinner, created by Chef Christophe Gregoire, who studied New-Caledonian cuisine for three years. The menu was prepared in a way that allowed participants to have an insight into the culture’s cuisine and gastronomy. The evening will end with a little quizz to test your knowledge about New Caledonia.
